Shipping policy

FREE standard shipping applies to standard delivery within the European Union. 
FREE express delivery worldwide for order value above 450 EUR.

We ship worldwide from Austria. If you don't find your country in the list, or if you have any concerns regarding your order, please email us at info@onika-knitwear.com.

After your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number so you can follow your order.

Processing time: Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days before shipment.

Shipping costs / time

European Union

  • Standard delivery free, 3-7 business days.
  • Express delivery, via DHL Express, 1-3 business days:
    • Austria: 9.90 EUR.
    • Rest of EU: 19.90 EUR.

Rest of Europe (non-EU)

  • Express delivery, via DHL Express, 14.90 EUR (free above 450 EUR order value). Delivery time: 2-5 business days.

US, Canada

  • Express delivery, via DHL Express, 25.90 EUR (free above 450 EUR order value). Delivery time: 2-7 business days.

Rest of the world

  • Express delivery, via DHL Express, 49.90 EUR (free above 450 EUR order value). Delivery time: 3-10 business days.

Taxes and duties

Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to customs or import duties upon arrival in the destination country. Taxes and duties, vary by country, and are not included in the product price.

The carrier will notify you of the amount before delivery. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further details before placing an order.

Refused packages

If a package is refused or goes unclaimed, the original shipping and return costs will be deducted from your refund. We are always happy to assist in advance to avoid this situation. 

While shipping is handled by the carrier, we are always here to assist should any issues arise.
