Easy Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or a size exchange within 14 days of delivery.
We accept returns on all items, including made to order pieces.
Returns eligibility (standard, made-to-order & custom)
We accept returns on all standard items and made-to-order pieces (existing designs that are hand-knitted after purchase), as long as the item is returned within 14 days of delivery and in original condition. Made-to-measure size adjustments are treated as part of our made-to-order service for existing designs.
Please note that personalised custom designs (made specifically to your individual specifications and not part of our standard collection) and bespoke commissions and are non-returnable, except in case of defects.
Within the European Union, size exchanges are free.
At Onika Knitwear, each piece is handmade in small batches with great care and time. To keep our work sustainable and fair particularly for international orders - return shipping costs apply and depend on destination.

How to make a return
To start a return, please contact us at info@onika-knitwear.com. You will receive a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior return approval cannot be accepted.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund.
For returns from outside the European Union, any paid import duties or taxes must be reclaimed directly from your local authorities, as these charges are not refundable by us.
Defective items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged or defective, so we can assess the situation and assist you promptly.
Non-returnable items
Bespoke commissions and personalised custom designs are non-returnable, except in case of defects.
Gift cards are also non-returnable.
