Shipping policy

FREE standard shipping costs in the European Union / FREE express delivery worldwide for order value above 450 EUR.

Please kindly note that we do not cover the cost of import duties and taxes for orders outside the EU.

We ship worldwide from Austria. If you don't find your country in the list, or if you have any concerns regarding your order, please email us at info@onika-knitwear.com.

After your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number so you can follow your order. It may take 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed.

Holiday Season Delivery Dates

To receive your orders in time for Christmas, please place your order before:

  • by December 5th for made to order products.
  • by December 12th for standard shipping within the European Union.
  • by December 16th for orders placed outside the European Union, and for express shipping.

Our last delivery date for 2024 is the 20th of December. Next delivery date is 03rd of January, 2025.

For purchases made between November 20th and December 31st, you can return your order until January 15th, 2025.

Shipping costs / time

European Union

Free standard delivery, delivery time 3-7 business days.

Express delivery, via DHL Express, delivery time 1-3 business days, as follows:

  • Austria: 9.90 EUR.
  • Rest of EU: 19.90 EUR.

Rest of Europe (non-EU)

Express delivery, via DHL Express, 14.90 EUR (free above 450 EUR order value). 

Delivery time: 2-5 business days.

US, Canada

Express delivery, via DHL Express, 25.90 EUR (free above 450 EUR order value). 

Delivery time: 2-7 business days.

Rest of the world

Express delivery, via DHL Express, 49.90 EUR (free above 450 EUR order value). Delivery time: 3-10 business days.

Taxes and duties

Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to customs or import duties upon arrival in the destination country. Taxes and duties, vary by country, and are not included in the product price.

The carrier will notify you of the amount before delivery. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further details before placing an order.

Refused packages

In the event of refusing a delivery from Onika Knitwear or fail to take the required actions to collect your shipment after our initial delivery attempt to your designated shipping address, you will be responsible for the initial shipping costs, any import fees accrued on the package, and the expenses associated with returning the package back to Onika Knitwear.

The deducted amount will be from your merchandise refund.

During shipping, Onika Knitwear is not held responsible for any incident or loss.
