Returns Policy
Extended Returns for The Holiday Season
For purchases made between November 20th and December 31st, you can return your order until January 15th, 2025.
Easy Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns within 14 calendar days from the moment you received your order.
We offer free returns from orders within the European Union.
For orders returned from outside the European Union, the returning shipping costs will be deducted from the initial order, as follows:
- Europe, non-EU countries - 14.90 EUR;
- US, Canada - 25.90 EUR;
- rest of the world - 49.90 EUR.
For returns outside the European Union, please address to your local authorities to reclaim the import fees and duties.
The returned item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@onika-knitwear.com. You will receive a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to be in the same condition as received. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please kindly note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@onika-knitwear.com.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as personalised designs and gift cards). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
