Free standard shipping within the European Union. Complimentary worldwide shipping for orders over €450.
Please note: orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to local import duties and taxes.
Each piece is carefully packed and shipped from our Salzburg studio, with reliable global delivery partners like DHL Express. If you don't find your country in the list, or if you have any concerns regarding your order, please email us at info@onika-knitwear.com.
After your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number so you can follow your order. It may take 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed.
Shipping costs / time
European Union
Free standard delivery, delivery time 3-7 business days.
Express delivery, via DHL Express, delivery time 1-3 business days, as follows:
- Austria: 9.90 EUR.
- Rest of EU: 19.90 EUR.
Rest of Europe (non-EU)
Express delivery, via DHL Express, 14.90 EUR (free above 450 EUR order value).
Delivery time: 2-5 business days.
US, Canada
Express delivery, via DHL Express, 25.90 EUR (free above 450 EUR order value).
Delivery time: 2-7 business days.
Rest of the world
Express delivery, via DHL Express, 49.90 EUR (free above 450 EUR order value). Delivery time: 3-10 business days.
Taxes and duties
Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to customs or import duties upon arrival in the destination country. Taxes and duties, vary by country, and are not included in the product price.
We ship with DHL Express, who will handle all customs communication. If you have questions about potential duties, we’re happy to help before you order.
Refused packages
If a package is refused or goes unclaimed, the original shipping and return costs will be deducted from your refund. We’re here to help avoid this - just contact us if in doubt at info@onika-knitwear.com.
